An investigation of how your business attracts, qualifies and keeps customers. You get an evidence-based diagnosis, what it is costing you, and a plan for the one system to build first.

What we investigate

The whole customer journey

A business may believe it needs more marketing, when the evidence shows enquiries already arrive and are lost through slow replies. The diagnosis separates symptoms from root causes.

  • Your business, products or services, and goals
  • Customer volume and how customers currently find you
  • Marketing activity and acquisition channels
  • How enquiries are handled and qualified
  • How customers are recorded and followed up
  • How customer questions are answered
  • The repetitive work taking up your time

What you get

Four deliverables and a walkthrough

  • Customer Flow Diagnostic Report

An evidence-based assessment of the five stages, identifying weaknesses and bottlenecks

You stop guessing where your business needs improvement.

  • Customer Leakage and Business Impact Analysis

An assessment of lost opportunities and their estimated commercial implications

You see what each problem costs your business in money.

  • Prioritised Customer Growth System Recommendation

Which system to address first, why it matters, and which can wait

You spend money on the system that matters most right now.

  • Customer Growth Implementation Roadmap

A sequenced plan with requirements, dependencies, costs where estimable, and performance measures

You leave with a plan you can act on.

  • 30-minute walkthrough

Your report explained by video call or in person

You can ask questions until every finding is clear.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The five-question assessment is free and shows your score straight away. Only the consultancy is paid.

How is the fee set?

By the scope of the investigation, the complexity of your business and the evidence needed. It is agreed after a short scoping conversation, before any work starts.

How do I pay?

Half before the work starts and half before the report is released, by invoice. Bank transfer and mobile money are accepted.

Do you also build the systems?

The consultancy gives you the diagnosis and the plan. Building the recommended system is a separate engagement at its own price, and only if you want it. The plan is useful even if you build it yourself.

Can the walkthrough be online?

Yes. The 30-minute walkthrough can be a video call or in person, whichever suits you.

What if my business is already in good shape?

Then the report says so plainly. Before you pay, we tell you this is a possible outcome.

How will I know if the changes work?

Each recommended change comes with what it should improve and how to measure it. Results depend on your market, product, pricing and execution.
